About Me
I teach yoga in Los Angeles with a specialty in Restorative Yoga. I am certified in Restorative, Kundalini, and Hatha Yoga and have trained in the Anusara style of Yoga as well. I hold yoga workshops in Los Angeles and continue to train with my main teacher, Judith Hanson Lasater, every chance I get and Kelly Wood of Karuna Yoga, who brought me Kundalini Yoga and renewed my love of Hatha Yoga. I am lucky to be surrounded by greatness and believe one can never stop learning... no!
I am a traveler, a yoga teacher, an adventurer and writer and am working on bringing all of these passions together.

Can you believe it? I'm actually doing that retreat in Guatemala just as I said I would. Following your dreams is pretty damn amazing...
